The form on this website uses Formspree, an external service that handles the sending of the form. Formspree acts as a data processor and has its own privacy policy.
Your data is not shared with anyone else, is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
It is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, at most, for 12 months from the last contact — unless there is a contractual relationship (for example, if you hire a service), in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal periods.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to victormelladam@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data is not being handled properly.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit the site — Google may receive your IP address as part of that technical connection. The hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard access logs (IP address, date) for security reasons, for a limited period.
The website is always served over HTTPS and does not store your data on any server of its own: the form sends it directly through Formspree.
